“Hey my earbuds will pair with my phone but not together how can I fix that?”

• I had the same issue try double tapping the button when you take them off the charger u might have to start over and do it I had to figure this out myself if done correctly both earbuds should light up blue at the same time for a few seconds meaning there syncing together

• You must go to your Bluetooth setting. Click on forget device. Then repeat the process. Make sure both earbuds are flashing when pairing to your device. Once flashing click on Jam ultra in your device menu only. You should have a beep confirmation in 3secs or so..
