I had the same problem when I purchased my first set thankfully it was within factory warranty when I decided to return it. If you have any issue with the set and you have had it within the factory warranty do not hesitate to contact Jam and let them know they are usually understanding based on my case. Either way, it is worth the trial but overall they are pretty good
