Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I guess you could manually enter in a workout (cardio maybe) and specify the effort as high. It won't be exact, but should be a good ballpark number to help keep track.

I used mine when climbing and it picked up a lot of the step stuff, and equates that to calorie burn, but it's not getting nearly the entire calorie burn of my workout (arms, etc.)
