• Yes- I have a pretty small wrist and it could be adjusted much smaller than what I have it. The wristband itself is very awkward to do and undo and in my opinion not very user friendly at all.

• Yes, you can adjust it and I would say it goes down to about a 6 inch wrist.

• Hi Lake! Yes, it is adjustable. The clip connector band can slide up or down.
