As pointed out, these are lighter than the previous generation earbuds. They are also smaller so people with smaller ear canals, that experienced issues before, shouldn't have any issues. I highly recommend using the included ComplyFoam tips instead of the silicon/rubber ones. Not only are they lighter but, for me, they make a better seal and are a lot more comfortable. I usually have issues with earbuds that have rubber/silicon tips. They never, ever stay in my ears and Bose was the only company that made earbuds I actually liked and would fit in my ears. Jaybird has really knocked it out of the park for me with these. They fit in my ears just as well, if not better, than my Bose earbuds and better than any other earbuds on the market. I've tried wireless earbuds from Sony, LG, JBL/Under Armor, Phillips, Beats, Skullcandy, and Sol Republic. The Jaybird Freedom earbuds, with their ComplyFoam and ear wings, are the only ones that have stayed in my ears whether I'm bending over picking up stuff, working my lab, sitting at my desk, or walking a few miles in the hot sun.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I struggled with the older Bluebuds, too. While I enjoyed their sound quality, inevitably the older models would fall out of my ears due to the weight of the earbud itself. I've had the new Freedom F5's on for 4 active hours now, and they haven't even slightly budged. They are VERY lightweight and fit into the ear canal beautifully, as the others should have. I couldn't recommend them more. The new model comes with Comply earbud foam replacements; however, I had a pack of Comply T-500 Isolation buds that I hadn't used with my older Bluebuds. All I can say is WOW! Zero regrets, and old Bluebuds owners will be very, very pleased with the upgrade.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, they still come out very easy for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These are a better fit than previous model(s). The many fins and tips allow for a totally custom fit. Oddly enough I use two different tips and fins for left and right ears and it is great to move freely and not worry about the buds falling out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They work better in my ears without the 'wings' etc, and stay tightly seated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes they stay very well in your ears better now especially since the size doesn't restrict how far you can place it in your ear without pushing back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I plan to return all 4 that I purchased during the Black Friday sale for this very reason. :-(
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They do not stay in your ears that good. X2 stayl in your ears a lot better and they have a lot better sound. Freedoms sound like $10 ear bud even if you use the app to adjust the sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've found it helps to use different size inserts based fit.. And a little twist when you put them in helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never had an issue with the X2's falling out and I don't even use the weird fitting tools. I do however have an issue with these falling out without the weird fitting tools (I guess wings, I don't know what they call them)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
