“I cant keep them in my ear. Do they offer any more cover sizes other than the 3 that came with them. All 3 are to big”

Mhhhm...I don’t think so but have you tried to use the “wings” for your ears. They might help to stabilize them in your ear.

You could try getting the comply foam tubes that you squish like earplugs then they expand in the ear canal. To help them stay in. There should be small medium and large tube inserts with a small and medium oval inserts. Slide ear piece into ear, and tuck fin then look up open your mouth like you a yawning then twist the head phone fins forward.
