Can you apply the comfy foam tips on the Tarah Pro? Like the x3 null

No. With the Tarah Pros they are not needed, nor come with. The adjustable/pivoting earbuds are extremely comfortable, and the covers do not slip/come off anywhere as easily as the X3 pads--foam or rubber.

Which I had to replace several times, and or pull out of my ear to put back on far to many times to say a count/number.

No, the only tips that fit are the 3 sizes that come with it. They are a custom design diffrent from anything made. Jaybird went from tips that won't stay on to the other extreme with tips that are hard to get off but have no other options.

No. They have completely redesigned the tips. You're X3 tips will not fit on the Tarah Pro's

No. Jaybird has completely redesigned the ear pieces. At first I was annoyed, until I realized that the new earpiece protectors will never fall off, unlike with the X3's. But yes, your old foam tips are completely useless if you get the Tarah pro.
