• Per my experience this is not normal. I would contact Jaybird inquire.

• This is the problem one will disconnect at random and the reason iretuned then.

• I don’t have that issue they are 5.0 Bluetooth I suggest you clear out other devices that you no longer use in your Bluetooth settings
