Q: QuestionWill these pair to multiple Bluetooth devises simultaneously?
Asked by Vistashopper.
- A:Answer Absolutely NO. They do have the ability to pair to up to 8 devices, but they will not concurrently connect to 2 or more devices. I attempted this with a work issued iPhone 7 and my iPhone 11. When you want to use one device over another, you have to go into settings, then select BT, then activate the intended device.

Q: QuestionWhen I receive calls they sound far away. I even raised the volume all the way up. They also said they can't hear me well. Is there a setting in the app that I need to adjust that I can't find?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Try just using one bud for calls. These buds do not have an ambient noise pass through, because they are more used for cancelling out ambient noises while working out, so it's easier to enjoy your music. If you use just one bud during a call it will sound more natural to you, and you will be speaking at a normal level, making it easier for others to hear you.

Q: QuestionWhat about the sound quality
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The sound quality is very good for an earbud in this price range. The ambience and soundstage are OK, tonal accuracy is very good. These earbuds are not on par with more expensive audiophile earbuds such as the Masters and Dynamic models or the Sennheiser Momentum. At this price point I personally prefer the Jabra Elite 75t's for sound quality and battery life but prefer the Jaybirds for secure, comfortable fit and user controls.

Q: QuestionWhat is the play time on a full charge.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer To be honest I’ve not had the opportunity to test this. I only listen to my buds for max 2 hours. Then I put them back in the case and they recharge to 100. I’ve repeated this throughout the day and never ran out of battery. End of day just plug in.

Q: QuestionAre the EQ settings stored in the EarPhones, or does the phone app amplify the audio signal? Reviews say these sound flat out of the box. I was planning to use these with my Peloton bike, so the EQ settings would need to be stored in the EarPhones.
Asked by madtownskier.
- A:Answer I can cofirm that the earbuds remember the EQ you set in the app. As long as you have the app on your phone, set your EQ as you like it, then disconnect from your phone and connect to the other device, it will remember the last EQ set. I tried this with a tablet that did not have the Jaybird app and my laptop. The earbuds had the same EQ I had with my smartphone with LOTS of bass.

Q: QuestionDo these work with a Fitbit Versa 2?
Asked by Katie.
- A:Answer These things don't work with ipods. Or only one will work with different electronics. Don't waste your money. First day I purchased these headphones they were brand new in the box and the left headphone didn't even work. Plus they are not loud at all.

Q: QuestionCan you swim laps with these earbuds
Asked by Tony.
- A:Answer While they are waterproof, i don't think you can swim with them. The bluetooth signal does not travel underwater.
Answered by audiophile
Q: QuestionAre they completely water proof?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer To IPX7 standards. Why anyone would want to swim with earbuds in is beyond me, but if they are dropped into a puddle, or you sweat a lot with them in they are fine.

Q: QuestionHow do you control the volume
Asked by Beartooth.
- A:Answer With the smartphone app, you can determine how you want the buds to react. I have mine setup as follows: On Click (either bud) = pause Two Clicks (Right) = next track / (Left (back one track) Hold (Right) = volume up - Hold (Left) = Volume down
