I think so, I haven't tried it yet but the parts all come off of the ear piece and should be able to be reversed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When paired to a Bluetooth device like a cell phone it won’t have the same effect that the AirPods would have when one earphone is not in ears. You’d be fine wearing one earphone only as the audio doesn’t cut out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To be honest, I don't see much of a difference if you switch the side of the receiver. Sure it "curve" is outwards if you have the receiver on the left side, but I don't experience discomfort on either side. Hope this helps.
