“can you reduce the bass setting on this soundbar or is it permanently set?”

• There is no bass setting. Compared to most sound bars this bar will be found lacking in bass. The sound quality is great but if you’re expecting a boom when watching a movie or playing a game you will not get what you are listening for.

• The bass and sound equalization of our JBL Bar 2.1 All-in-One is on its default settings upon manufacturing. It doesn't have a feature to adjust its bass settings. The bass produced by the soundbar varies depending on the content being played from the audio source.
