Thanks for reaching out. Make sure the cable is properly intact to the Bar 2.0.Try to switch the cable of the soundbar with a compatible table similar to your household cables. Try to connect the soundbar to another wall outlet. Use the wall outlet and avoid using a power strip. Inspect any damages to the cable.
