How do I turn on the subtitles from the jbl remote null

Don't understand the question. Subtitles are turned on by tv not soundbar.

Our JBL Bar 2.1 Deep Bass remote control has no button to turn on/off subtitles. You might set up your TV remote control so that your soundbar will respond to it as it has an IR learning feature.
