On the back of the sound bar, remove the HDMI connection from where it is and put it in the other HDMI slot. I made the same mistake when I first hooked it up and tried everything.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What TV are you connecting it to? I have a 43" Sharp Roku TV with a JBL 2.1 Big Bass Sound bar and Sub Woofer connected via Optical cable. And I also have a set of Bose Companion 2 Series 3 PC speakers connected to the standard Headphone 1/8" output on the rear panel of Sharp TV connectors. It SOUNDS FANTASTIC !!!!! I just purchased a Roku TV 55" LED. When I plug in my Bose speakers to the Headphone jack, ALL other sound Internal Speakers / Sound Bar Etc. are ALL Cut Out when the headphone jack is inserted !!!! FIRST TV I have purchased in the past 30 years that disables ALL OTHER SPEAKERS when the headphones are plugged in (On Back of TV Headphone Port). BLEW ME AWAY !!! Returned ASAP. The Roku Pro Remote that comes with this TV Works Perfectly. I have Skullcandy Crushers that will Blow you Away when connected to the Roku remote. I now wish to purchase a Roku 55" QLED TV. What does the Headphone jack on the new Roku 55" QLED Cut Out all other speakers like the Standard LED Roku TV ?????
