Subwoofer is not getting a signal??? null

Yea man.. you’ll get it - left a long response on this somewhere else in reviews.

The wireless subwoofer automatically connects with the soundbar when both units are powered on. If the subwoofer is on and connected, the LED lights white continuously. If no audio from the wireless subwoofer can be heard, manually pair the subwoofer to the soundbar. Please check the steps on page 5 of our Owner's Manual here: http://bit.ly/2E5Wcb5
