“While im using the sound bar and going through options on the ps4 my sub makes a popping sound for no reason. Any idea what is happening? I am using hdmi arc. If i find an answer sooner i will update. Thank you for the help.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a 2.1 which didn’t do that, then switched it for an open box 3.1 which did. I took that back to the store and they switched it for a new one because I have the geek squad insurance, but the new one does the same thing. For some reason the 3.1 does and the 2.1 doesn’t, so I figured it’s fine and probably a standard thing.
