“My jbl 3.1 soundbar from time to time loses sound audio. I hit source button on soundbar and thenBT connect. Volume does not return. Blue light is on HBM2 Ruko 2 on Source display I cannot get sound back”

• If your using a optical cord to run from sound bar to tv try upgrading your optical cord I bought my cord separately and no problems yet.

• Mine does the same. I usually Just pause the show and continue. Don’t think it’s a sound bar thing. More a tv thing.
