“I have no sound coming from my sub woofer, it states it is connected and the light on the back of the of the sub woofer is solid white. Do I have to have it in a certain setting? Help getting frustrated , just purchased today, having 2nd thoughts.”

Could be in your tv settings or the remote also has a bass volume make sure it’s turned up and use a hdmi cable plugged into a ARC hdmi plug. Good luck
