• I use base settings between 15-18 ( it’s good enough for a average size room but may vary based on the area of the room. Audio sync should be 0 unless you notice a lag in audio and video

• Volume is always personal preference. We adjust the bass to what ever type of program we watch. For the synch mode we found the lower the number the better the sound and picture line up.
