“Every time I try to calibrate the rear speakers from our seating position to mounting position I can’t get past RETRY. Firmware is updated. Thoughts?”

I was having the same issue. I found that I had the speakers swapped in rear. The power button should face outside. Worked every time after that.

Most times won't get 1st stage done and if I get to the second stage it always says retry. I was successful about two weeks ago, but when I was fast reversing and forwarding a streaming movie it lost the sound. Tried everything to restore it, but the only thing that worked was rebooting. Two weeks later after many unscuccesful attempts, I got lucky today and completed both stages. We'll see how long it lasts this time. Fortunately I have a couple more weeks left to return where I purchased it.
