“I connected jbl 9.1 soundbar with my tv through hdmi arc and playing atoms content through Netflix but on soundbar it’s showing Dolby surround not atoms. How to get atoms ??”

Are you streaming Netflix through the smart TV app or through a device like xbox/playstation connected directly to the soundbar? It will only support Atmos through a device connected to the soundbar that supports Atmos. The TV app does not support Atmos.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your TV has to have an eARC HDMI port for Atmos or DTS:X formats to be passed. So, an HDMI 2.1 port. Without that you won't get Atmos from a TV. If you have a steaming device you can connect to the HDMI port on the soundbar, you'll get Atmos through it.
