“Soundbar stuck on LOAD. tried to factory reset and other options but wont go away. Customer Support doesnt help, have the soundbar for a couple years now so its out of warranty. Pretty disappointed how it cant get replaced granted I loved the setup.”

Hard restart system by unplugging electrical cords all soundbar and bass unit for at least 5 minutes, replug& restart but this system has 3 different ways to connect and mine is connected to HDMI ports on the TV, or try cable wire method that is setup instructions Once other hint is, I do not put all big appliances one wall outlet with a 6 surge protector, mine has two different outlets with 3-4 on one surge protector outlet. I hope this info helps or call product support or also internet-Google.
