“Bought this soundbar a couple weeks ago and I love it. Only problem is that the left detachable speaker refuses to connect or dock to the system. Iv charged it via USB and tried docking it numerous times and not change. Please give me some guidance”

Try placing the speakers where you would normally have them for surround sound and run a calibration according to the instructions.
