“Is there a way to turn off Bluetooth through soundbar itself so outside devices can't connect to it.”

• The bar does not connect to Bluetooth devices (paired or otherwise) when powered off or set to an HDMI source. A non-Bluetooth souce (TV or HDMI) can be selected via remote or on the bar itself by repeatedly pressing the source button (rightmost button).

• Our JBL Bar 9.1's Bluetooth would not be able to connect to other devices as long as it is not in pairing mode.
