The Best Buy product description is misleading in that it says it includes the 4 end caps which are only available in markets other than the US. Contact Harman Kardon customer support and they should send you the four end caps for free since the product description is incorrect. You will have to show proof of purchase that you bought the JBL 9.1 from Best Buy.
