“can i use an HDMI switcher with this unit and still get Dolby atmos thru my Roku ultra (i also would be plugging in my cable box and Blu-ray player to the switcher then to the soundbar ....my TV does NOT have earc so to won't pass Dolby atmos signals”

To play the surround sound with DOLBY ATMOS or DTS:X, connect your Blu-ray player or other digital devices to the HDMI input connector on the soundbar. If the TV support Dolby ATMOS, served over HDMI ARC, just make sure it is selected in the TV setting menu. Dolby Atmos is only possible if the source has earc.
