Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. Please try to perform a factory reset by Pressing and holding the POWER and SOURCE buttons for 3 seconds. After the reset, You can now start all over with installing your BAR 9.1 Surround. You can also try changing to a different HDMI or Optical cable. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
