Thanks for your question. While both models share a similar appearance, one of the major upgrades is the power output. The JBL Bar 1300X has a total speaker power output of 1170W, whereas the JBL Bar 1300 Mk2 has been upgraded to 2470W. This significantly enhances the overall audio performance and volume headroom.
