“Bought 12/23 as a gift & have used it a few times. Tried to use it a few days ago & it wont turn on. New remote batteries, unplugged and replugged. No issues with the TV that was plugged into the same outlet. Anybody have this happen?”

You are just one of many victims of a defective JBL product as am I. Your only hope is to return it and buy another brand.
