Same problem persisted with our sound bar, ended up returning it after 3 days of dropped signals and a lot of frustration.

Avoid sources of interference – try in a different location. Turn off other radios on the Source Device (Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS, etc.). Make sure there is a clear line of sight between the Source Device and the Product. Test with an alternative Source Device.
