Will this fit for a 2018 ram 2500 quad cab ? null

Not too sure about your car specifically but item is a great upgrade for a standard sound system without the bulky subwoofer box. Just make sure that your head unit has the rca outputs. If your seats are high enough you can place it underneath the seat. All you need is a amp kit which includes the power supply wire, ground wire, Rca jacks and the remote wire. Very easy to install.
