“Hi I am looking for a sub for a van can I just screw this into the plywood using a threaded rod to aecure it . Will the bass be effective without a well just flat . Should I put sponge between the plywood and sun bottom?”

Our JBL BassPro Hub is designed to be mounted inside the spare tire rim. You'll need to turn your spare tire upside down to install this sub. It should only be used in vehicles that have the spare tire inside the vehicle.
