Yes, you will need a power cable (cheaper at walmart) and some other additional cords depending on your install. Mine is ran back to the trunk and it is just fine there. Not sure you want it under the driver seat.

I'd suggest putting an inline fuse that should come with any subwoofer wiring kit that you can find. I was already pre-wired from the sub box that was in the back. I just re-routed that wiring up to the front.
