“It’s has been 6months now since I started using my JBL boom box and the battery life has become a problem ...it charges very fast and drains very fast upon usage ...it take about 30mins to 1 hr to charge and drains just about 3 to 4 hours pls any help?”

Send item to jbl for service. Should be under warranty. If you meant you bought it 6 months ago.
