• A:Answer This can connect to your Samsung TV provided it has provision for an aux output (headphone jack) or if it can connect to a Bluetooth speaker, though if to be used as a Bluetooth speaker, you may experience a delay in video/audio after some time as inherent with Bluetooth speakers.

• A:Answer The Charge 3 can connect to only one Bluetooth device at a time and can only be initiated through the Bluetooth button on the device itself. if you want to use a single device on it, you have the control on which device you want to use with it, and no one can connect to it through Bluetooth without the speaker being set to pairing mode on the speaker itself.
