• You can connect the Charge 4 to your TV only through the 3.5mm jack if no bluetooth connection is available for your Tv.

• You can buy a bluetooth transmitter that will plug into audio out ports, thus allowing you to connect a bluetooth speaker to a device without bluetooth. I sent one back years ago because it introduced latency (words trailed the video) but I'm sure they've improved since then. Besy Buy sells them, albeit a bit expensive.

• I believe you can hook it up through an auxiliary cord if your TV has a port for that. You may possibly use the USB charging cord to.
