• A:Answer Yes, you can skip a track by pressing the (PLAY)button twice, you can also PAUSE a track by pressing the (PLAY)button once, you can also activate the assistant on your portable device by pressing and holding down the (PLAY)button, unfortunately you can't use the buttons to go back or to replay a track, for further support please contact our tech support line, thank you.

• A:Answer Yes, however it may exhibit an audio/video that is out of sync with Bluetooth. We recommend to connect it wired through a 3.5mm stereo cable.

• A:Answer You can do either, but we prefer to have it lay flat since there are passive radiators on each side and having it standing can affect the sound quality.

• A:Answer JBL Charge 4 is different from our JBL Flip 5 as our JBL Flip 5 doesn't have a feature to charge external devices since it doesn't have a USB port. Which also makes it smaller in size too.

• A:Answer Our JBL Charge 4's Bluetooth range is normally up to about 10-15 m. More than that the signal will get unstable. Please also consider that blockages such as walls and other wireless signals can affect the connectivity.
