Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL - Cinema SB170 2.1 Channel Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer does not offer a dedicated bass level adjustment on the Soundbar itself or via the remote control. To modify the bass response, please utilize the bass adjustment settings available within your television's audio menu.

I have the 300 watt system that has 2 more drivers in the bar with probably the same 6 1/2" Sub woofer. The remote has a "Low-Mid-High bass setting on the remote that just DON'T cut it. I would never purchase a sound bar where i was required to change my TV settings to aquire more Bass. JBL getting cheap. Going Harmon Cardon or simply Harmon , higher end equipment, JBL cutting corners. Thanks! I'm So Happy i caught this. Would have purchased tomorrow, and returned it the day after! And 1/2 of returns i have to Fight like you would not believe to get a refund to the point i pay only cash at BB. $150 when the idiot at the Union NJ store sent the replacement the Someone name Marcus 2 towns away. He received and did not return. I paid for it. I also get charged for the 2nd Roku Ultra because when they did not bring up my account to see it have replacement coverage.
