“How do you know what volume the sound bar is at without the OSD on your TV screen?”

• JBL 400. I don't think you can tell the JBL volume level except on the tv screen. If playing only audio and tv is off, rule of thumb is usually "turn up the volume on the source device, then set desired level on the soundbar."

• There's no other way to know what volume the SB400 is at without the OSD.
