Q: Questionis there a find my earbud feature within the app like with the JBL RELFECT MINI NC has?

• A:Answer Our JBL Reflect Mini NC only have Bluetooth, it has no GPS in order to find it using an app so we advise you to keep it in the charging case at all times when not in use to avoid losing it.

Q: QuestionMy JBL buds keeps connecting to my phone while in the case. I got 2 sets and both keep connecting to my phone despite the buds being stored in the case. Is there a way to prevent that? It gets annoying having to open close the case or turning off BT

• A:Answer Mine have the same issue. And sometimes the earbuds will go dead in the case because they are constantly connected even though I'm not using them. I will never buy another set of these. They are expensive and should work better.
