- Answer Our JBL E65BTNC is not a sweatproof/waterproof headphone and are not designed for rigorous workouts. Over exposure to sweat and water can compromise the controls . We recommend looking at our available athletic headphone models at http://www.jbl.com/sport-headphones/

- Answer Connectivity entirely depends on the TV. If planning on connecting via bluetooth, please expect latency since these headphones are made only for music and not for watching.

QuestionWould these headphones be good during a HIIT workout? I want something that will stay put and hold up to quick movements without being a nuisance. So far it’s between these and Bose Quiet Comfort 35....a big difference in price.

- Answer We would not recommend using the JBL E65BTNC during work outs. The headphones was not designed for sporty lifestyle. The JBL UA Sport Wireless Train headphones might be more suitable for workouts.

QuestionI have a 20 year old Technics keyboard that has a jack for headphones. It appears to be the old school plug that looks like a guitar chord plug. Will these work? Do I need to get an adapter?

- Answer Yes, the JBL E65BTNC has a soft, comfortable fabric headband and angled, form fitting, ear cushions for longer, more enjoyable and immersive listening sessions for music. However, it is not something that we advise for you to use while playing sports due to the same reasons.

QuestionI wear hearing aids that go into my ear canal with a unit that rests behind my ear. Will the noise canceling feature eliminate feedback? I have tried regular headphones on that go over the ear and get feedback.

- Answer Great question... .I wear hearing aids (Siemens .. same as you describe) and like other headphones, I get momentary feedback when I put the phones on but it immediately stops and I am able to enjoy the headphones with no issue.

- Answer Most of our bluetooth headphones are designed more on Music and not video, please do expect latency when playing videos/watching tv/gaming when connected through bluetooth. I would suggest using a wired connection when connecting to avoid the said issues.

- Answer Yes! You can even use the audio cable WHILE charging them. That may not be recommended but its possible.

- Answer My wife has these headphones and they fell apart after 6 months of daily use sitting on a subway. So, I would not recommend running with these, if you want them to hold up for any decent amount of time. Also, I don't think they'd be comfortable if you're running and sweating. I'd recommend another set specifically designed to be worn while working out.

- Answer While the company Harmon owns JBL, I’d assume that JBL does all the manufacturing for the headphones. If you need help with controls, try looking up the user manual for the model of headphones that you have.
