Figured it out... when you sync using windows media player, it drops the files in a folder called 'music'... the extraneous folders get in the way. go into your music folder, cut and paste all your mp3's and place them external hard drive (mine says F:) folder... 'naked' so to speak... It fixed it for me. I was getting grumpy too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Guys, for those who are having issues playing mp3. Once you've uploaded all your files to the root directory of the headphones. Select all the files and go to Properties using the RMB then deselect the tick on "Read only". Worked as a charm for me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also fighting with your problems too, but I figured out now. You have to make sure that 1. Only put mp3 files in your Jbl dive’s drive. No folder 2. Those mp3 files. Must be equal or less than 320kbps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since I am here looking for help and got the answer I already had figured out as my MP3 is being re loaded now after going through the same thing . If you click the player and go to properties and take the check mark off of create folder hierarchy it will solve the problem permanently and you can sync like normal after that
