“How do I turn them on? They turned on the first time and I could use them for a few hours, but now I SEE NO LIGHT on THE HEADPHONES even when I remove both earbuds our of the case at the same time and pull back the earlobe hoops of both.”

Put them back in the case and close it then take them out and put them on again should turn on and work
