- Answer Make sure when you have both ear pieces in recharge case that all 4 lights are on. Then make sure by putting both ear pieces in case, the red led lights come on. If left doesn't light up red, you might have a defective ear piece. Start there. Hope it helps

QuestionI use the JBL endurance peak for cycling. If i pause the music or don't hear anything they are entering a standby mode which is like turnoff. Then how to answer a phone call when they are on standby? If they shut down all the time they are useless.

- Answer You must keep the music playing at all times or answer the phone through your headphones so that it won't go into standby mode.

- Answer The issue is not how long they will last with the charge. It depends volume settings and if used for both listening to music and for telephone calls. But overall great battery life about 3 hours uninterrupted while walking or hiking.

- Answer If your notebook has BT built in or you have a BT dongle, you will need to make sure that it is turned on and recognizable to other connections. Set your earbuds to PAIR, and they should show up in your available BT devices in Windows in about 30 seconds. Select the JBLs for whatever sound option you want to use it with, and put them on.

- Answer Make sure they're charged. Have them near the device and go to your settings or Wi-Fi settings, Click on the Bluetooth Options for pairing/connecting and the system will do the work for you. You just need to Click on the link that Identifies the name of the Correct device your pairing/connecting to your phone - the Bluetooth (Earpiece). Good luck!
