Hi! The JBL Endurance Sprint uses Bluetooth version 4.2 which should be compatible with most mobile devices and should work with your LG K7.

If your phone uses standard bluetooth signal, then I don't see a reason why it would not hook up. If you have had bluetooth pairing issues with your phone on other devices, I would recommend you speak directly to a Geek Squad guy about it before purchasing.
