“Hi, is there a way to stop the "auto turn-off" feature? When I'm using the headset in conference calls they turn off after 5 minutes like they weren't in use.”

• The auto-turn off feature is fixed and cannot be disabled. If the headphones are shutting down even when there's an audio input, we suggest contacting our customer support.
