I see a lot of split opinions on Sha224's response, but I think to pair you have start with the headphones off, hold down the touch pad to power on, and leave your finger held down on the touchpad until you then hear the idling "pairing" sound effect.

Push the power button and hold it for 3 seconds. In the Bluetooth settings on your phone, select JBL Endurance Sprint to connect. If you're already paired and are connecting to a new device, double tap the button and hold for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s in the owners manual but you just firmly press down on the right head phone just above the light until it is flashing and you go to your Bluetooth section on your settings and select “JBL Endurance” when it pops up. Very easy to connect.
