“Do they suppose to turn off automatically after not being in use?”

When I use Teams for videoconference, my JBL Endurance turns off after few minutes of usage. Do they detect that I am not using somehow them?

If used for conference calls they will shut off after 5 minutes regardless of you or anyone else talking. Headphones even shut off if you have music playing at low volume in the background with someone talking at normal volume for the entire 5 minutes.

The headset stays on when listening to music or watching video, but automatically powers off when nothing is being played. I purchased this pair so that i may be able to answer incoming calls primarily. I ended up returning them. Audio quality is good. Back to the drawing board JBL.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, they do turn off if no music is playing, even if the Bluetooth connection is active. This is normal. I have never seen them turn off as long as an audio book or music is playing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The problem is a power saving setting on your laptop that turns off Bluetooth devices after some time...in my case 6-7 minutes. Microsoft has posts on how to fix it.
