Same issue with mine as well, for some reason connecting to a laptop or computer through Bluetooth doesn't work. Luckily I have a audio jack extension connected to my destop and just listen in with the jack plugged in.

Try going to the audio settings and choosing output when there see if these earphones are an option. If not then you may need to get a USB Bluetooth audio adapter.
