“they won’t turn on .the red light for charger is on but after an hour they still haven’t charged Please advise”

• Mine are doing the same thing. Charged them overnight and they won't even turn on. The only way I can make them work is connect back to the charge, wait for red light to come on, and then unplug them and turn them on. Sometimes it works on the first try. I shouldn't have to go through all that though.

• I just bought some about 5 hours ago, and they are having the same issue. I decided to give jbl a try, but I can't even do that now. Because there is no wired connection possible, and they won't turn on. So they'll be going back tomorrow, and I'll never have the urge to give them a try again. Such an absolute disappointment and horrible waste of time and money.
